The concept of the facade being buffer between the environment and the building provides elegant solution for creating an aesthetic and functional building. That maximize the utilized day – night and seasonal tempеrature and sun-radiation amplitudes, optimize daylight usage, ensures ergonomic work-spaces and low energy consumption.

The shell of a building provides great opportunities for system integration of different building installations, which up until now were considered as separate and none related with the facade. Ventilation, automatization, energy supply and the energy output are some of the possibilities opened by this approach of fitting the building systems.

Only through synergic optimization of the building shape, facade construction, energy supplying and building technology can be brought the possibility for vast employment of the existing energy potential of day-light and Sun-energy for securing the needed energy for heating and cooling.

B SYS Ltd. researches and develops complete up-to-date technical solutions with marked individuality. The tendency for implementation of systems with low energy consumption is a main company strategy and a contribution to environmental preservation.

In the beginning of 2008 B SYS Ltd. completed the first project with photovoltaic panels integrated within the aluminium glass curtain wall. The site is the new office building of Risk Engineering JSC.

With surface area of 490 square meters, the photovoltaic installation output is 55 kWp. the photovoltaic elements are manufactured from polycrystalline silicon at “Q.cells” – Germany and fitted within the glass panels of the roof glazing. A single cell dimensions are 156х156 mm and capacity of 3.65 Wp. Thought a system of invertors the installation is plugged in the electric transmission network.

With the implementation of Risk Engineering Project, B SYS Ltd. developed a new direction in firm activities – design, delivery and installation of solar power-stations and BIPV.

Utilizing our experience in fitting facade facings, the company successfully process photovoltaic products as:

• BIPV (building integrated photovoltaic’s);

• Thin-film technologies for glazing and cladings, producing electricity;

• Systems for solar generated electricity for roof isolation (both flat and tilted).

By following the policy of the EU for increasing the share of renewable energy output, B SYS Ltd. is focused at design and creating PV Parks.
